Rick Burke

This award is used annually to recognize a Brother Knight that best exemplifies the basic principles of our order: Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. While we have a couple of extremely competitive candidates this year, one I believe is truly deserving. He is at every social and tries to be at every service event. One Saturday, where we had about four different things going on, he called me and said he could make it to two and drop in on a third but he couldn’t figure out how to make it to the fourth; which, by the way, was impossible. He almost got a little burnt out during Lent with the Fish Dinners, as we all do. But he came roaring back and has stepped up to volunteer as Youth Director for the next Fraternal Year.
