 Hail Holy Queen - Banquet Facility

Our council is pleased to provide any guest or member with a banquet facility adequately spaced to serve your Rehersal Dinner, Wedding Receptin (with or without on site ceremony), Class Reunion, Graduation Open House, Holiday Party, Company Meeting, Golf Outing, or whatever your specific requirement may be. We will work closely with you to provide any array of services you may require, wether it be simply renting our facility, a caterer, or even help setting up tables for your event, the Knights of Columbus, Council 656 is here for you.

 

The Facility

Our facility boasts many capabilites and utilizations, however, it is important to understand exactly what we can offer you. Thus, for your convience, we have provided a bulleted list of our provided ammenitites:

- Approximately 3,000 square feet usable space.

- A 23' x 27' Dance Floor.

- Comfortable seating for 180 people at 8' round tables. (8' round tables, and your choice of folding chairs or padded charirs are provided).

- A scenic view of Wildcat Creek Golf Course.

- We are Handicap accessible.

- Large screen television and DVD player.

- Ample parking availability.

- Sound system with microphone.

- Bridal changing room.

- We do permit the use of a D.J.

- Minimal decoration are also permitted.

 

 

Available Services

Catering -

If you have already enlisted a caterer, not to worry, outside catering is permitted. However, this does come with an additional charge when scheduling the rental.

Bar -

The Hail Holy Queen council does provide you with a full service bar & bartender. Specific details will be discussed while scheduling your rental. Our full service bar and bartender provide all guests and yourself to make special alcohol requests. If a specific beverage is to be requested, please be sure to mention this during the scheduling, so we can be sure to gather all ingredients. Alcohol and beverages will be purchased through The Banquet Center.
