Our home association hall can be rented to members, as well, as the public. The capacity of our hall is 100 individuals. We have a full kitchen available. The cost to rent the hall is $150 for a regular event. Cleanup is available for an additional $25. If you are having alcohol it is an additional $25. Wedding receptions base price is $300 with the option for alcohol. We also have an outside pavilion for rent with a capacity of 100 people. It includes 13 picnic tables and kitchen facilities. The cost to rent our pavilion is $150. You do have the option of renting both facilities at the same time for a base price of $300 with the options of cleanup and alcohol being extra. To rent both facilities for a wedding reception the cost is $375 with the option of alcohol being extra. |
