2020 - 2021

Sean & Lexey Donohue

The Donohue Family has been in the parish less than two years but already has made a huge impact on the parish and our council. In his first year with our council Sean volunteered to fill a vacant Inside Guard position, then accepted the challenge of Warden duties. He assists the Grand Knight during Zoom-based council meetings by monitoring and presenting prayer requests and managing visual presentations. Sean also actively participates during program activities such as our Into the Breach sessions, providing insightful comments and spurring participation of other members.

Sean is a member of the parish Audio/Visual Ministry--operating cameras/computers to livestream Mass.

Lexey is a Mass Attendant--greeting and seating parishioners, and providing COVID-19 protocol guidance.

Sean is a Major in the US Army, Office of the Command Surgeon (Physician Assistant) for US Army TRADOC Center for Initial Military Training (IMT)

Sean is an Assistant Coach of a local youth mountain biking club--licensed Level 1 Coach, National Interscholastic Cycling Association

The Donohue Family are exemplary Catholics. Brother Sean is Council Warden and is nominated for Deputy Grand Knight next fraternal year. Sean and Lexey are active in St. Bede Parish ministries and local community activities. The family regularly attends Mass and serves as a model Catholic family to the parish.

2019 - 2020

Arthur (Rocky) & Pamela Natchus

Sir Knight Rocky is currently the Director of Life Programs for our Council. He and his family have
organized parish March for Life bus trips to national and state events for years. Rocky leads a lapel rose distribution weekend at the parish to raise awareness to the Right to Life cause. In addition, he
coordinated with other local councils to jointly fund a roadside billboard advocating life to the community just prior to the state legislative sessions. Rocky also fills in on occasion for the Lecturer during Council meetings to deliver pro-life message for the Good of the Order.

The Natchus family is a tight-knit and spiritual Catholic family in many regards, but their extra efforts
in support of the Right to Life Movement especially exemplify their strong Catholic family values.
The entire family not only espouses the principles of KofC and our Catholic faith, they eagerly stand
up and put their beliefs in action!

SK Rocky Natchus was recently awarded the Virginia KofC Silver ACE Wings award. However, a
more apt presentation would be Gold ACE Wings for the whole family!
