Chuck and Terri Kelly

This family distinguishes itself through quiet, dedicated support of the Knights and the parish. Neither member of this family seeks the spotlight, but rather they keep their head down and ensure all goes well.
This Knight has shown great vigor for the Knights' emphasis on Life, leading our council to new heights in support of this important cause. Because of this Knight, our council will for the first time have recipients of the Pro-Life Silver ACE Wings recognition from the Virginia State Council. This Knight is also the reason why this year will be our council's first year supporting the Virginia March for Life.
This spouse supports all of the parish's efforts in her role as Office Manager. Through this role, she serves as a point of contact for many of the parish's programs, helping to keep the work of the parish on track.
This family does all these things while keeping their family first and foremost. This is a top notch Catholic family to which we can look to for inspiration.

2023 - 2024

The Thomas Canavan Family

This Past Grand Knight understands what it means to provide service to the Council. Whether it is leading our monthly rosary, marshalling the DC March for Life, being part of the 30th Anniversary Committee, serving as part of the Exemplification team, and so much more, this Knight is always there supporting our Council’s numerous events during the fraternal year. And that support also extends to our monthly pancake breakfasts where this Knight and his wife are some of the first to arrive to ensure everything is ready. Between cracking eggs and cooking pancakes, their efforts help ensure each one of our pancake breakfasts is a success. Their support is not limited to the Knights of Columbus activities. It extends to their support of Parish activities as well. Visitors to the church are greeted by the beauty of the flower beds that they help meticulously maintain throughout the spring and summer. They have built their family around their Catholic faith and continue to grow in their faith by attending Mass each week and by participating in the monthly Seniors Group. With sincere appreciation for everything they have done this year, and every year, our Council has selected this family as our Family of the Year.
