Family of the Year Awards Application
Each year, the Texas State Council recognizes one special family from among many. This family should be from one of the Family of the Month applicants that had been submitted to Supreme during the year.
This Form is attached and is due at the State Office or to Pay Henz by March 1. The recipient of this award will be recognized at the State Convention dinner. The family will go on for possible selection as the Supreme Family of the Year.
