Service Program Awards Application
Councils should submit their best program from each category (Faith, Family, Community, Life). The State Council Service Program Award form (STSP) is attached.
This form along with additional photos, articles, and supporting material as explained on the form is due to the State Office or to Pat Henz by March 1. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for each category. The winners will be announced at the State Convention.
