Chaplain of the Year Application Form
The Texas State Council has established the Monsignor James M. Kirwin, Chaplain of the Year Award to be given to a Council Chaplain. This is for the grateful recognition of his exemplary commitment to provide extraordinary service and inspirational leadership as chaplain, mentor and guide not just to the council but to the parish as a whole.
This form is attached to this notice. This form is due to the State Office or Pat Henz by March 1. We will recognize the recipient of this award at the State Convention Banquet.
