Breakfast with Champions - where athletes and other members share their stories of the impact Special Olympics has made in their lives. It will be hosted virtually this year due to health and safety reasons.
Knights of Columbus members, Jimmie and Tony Trojcak are on the event committee and Tony is participating in the event and will be the final speaker.
It is FREE to register but there is a hope to raise funds. The SOTX goal is to have at least 300 registrants and raise $25,000 through sponsorships and individual donations. Currently they have raised a little over $5,500.
As the Western Metroplex Chapter SOTX representative, I am reaching out to see if you would be willing to help us get the invitation out to the Knights in your council. The Knights of Columbus have a very strong relationship with the Special Olympics in our area. The SOTX would love for Knights to register and even get their companies/coworkers and family members involved to support not just our organization but also fellow Knight, Tony.
