Meeting with the school this morning they will provide:

1. Outdoor Audio


2. Outdoor Podium


3. Replacement U. S. Flag


4. Seating for 200 students and faculty


5. Flag Honoree will be Teacher Army Veteran Ms. Edna Ambriz. School will provide write up.

Knights of Columbus will provide:

1. Honor Guard




1. CCC - Tino Martinez or higher ranking Commander


2. Honor Guard Member with out sword - Flag manager


3. Honor Guard Member with out sword - Flag manager


4. Honor Guard Member with out sword - Flag cutter


5. Honor Guard with sword


6. Honor Guard with sword


7. Any additional Honor Guards with Sword


8. Bugler (Dan Pinda)


9. Bag Pipe (Drew Mansager)




2. Narrator (Ray Obral or Dan Pinda)


3. Fire Pit Manager (Mike Losada)




1. Need Small Fire pit


2. Need portable way to move fire pit


3. Need fire wood


4. Need fire extinguishers 


5. Need location to bury flag ashes

I need to know if you can participate so I can fill in the participating positions. If you have any experience with this type of ceremony, I welcome your coaching.

Do any of you have a small fire pit we can use for the ceremony?
