EVENT: St. Charles Memorial Day Ceremony (no Parade) LOCATION: Freedom Shrine (downtown St. Charles) DATE: Monday, May 31, 2021 @ 9:30am (Assemble by 9:00am)
The Freedom Shrine is located along the Fox River, north of the police department. The Ceremony is behind the Municipal Building at the Riverwalk Freedom Shrine.
