The St Patrick's Day parade in St Charles is back and being held on Saturday, March 12, 2022. EVENT: St Patrick's Day Parade LOCATION: TBD in St. Charles, IL DATE: Saturday, March 12, 2022 @ 2:00pm (Assemble by 1:00pm) This is a Color Corps event which will include the Color Guard, Honor Guard, and Float, as well as members who wish to participate in either Assembly or Council shirts. Grand Knights please announce to Council members. Additional details regarding the parade staging area will be provided when known. My fellow FN's, FC's, and Sir Knights all, on behalf of District Master Alexander Tennant and his staff, we invite all Sir Knights across the Northern Illinois District 1 to join us for training in the Color Corps. This includes training for both participating in Honor Guards and serving in Color Guards. The date and location of the training is as follows: Date: Saturday, March 26, 2022 Time: 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m. (Doors open at 7am for coffee, donuts, refreshments) Location: The KC Hall 15 N. Hickory Ave. Arlington Heights, IL. 60004 Enclosed is a pdf flyer and the link to register in advance. We strongly encourage that you share this link and flyer with your membership and promote it at upcoming Assembly meetings and events in advance of the day of training. Please bring your sword, scabbard, beret, and service baldric with you to the training! We will provide printed certificates for registered attendees at the conclusion of the training as proof of completion of the training. I would like to thank District Marshall SK David Wolken and the Northern Illinois District 1 Color Corps. Training staff for conducting the training at our venue that date!
